We are looking for a People Operations Manager to help grow the Codacy team to achieve our organizational goals. Codacy strives to create an environment where people feel valued and where we foster growth. As People Ops you will not only be helping us bring in the right people, but also involved in creating a culture which makes them want to stay.
What will be your day to day:
- Be a strong part of our People team, reporting to our People Director and owing our Talent Acquisition activities and end-to-end recruitment
- Be the first contact with candidates, and the voice and the ambassador of our company, its culture and values
- Responsible for onboarding and integration of new employees
- Ensuring our knowledge sharing and documenting is up to date for all people related topics
- Support in general People projects relating to employer branding, learning and development and employee experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in recruitment and managing an end-to-end recruiting process within a startup environment
- Experience in building and executing people projects and processes with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about what you do. You take responsibility with pride and convince others with your strong communication skills
- Ability to form lost lasting relationships with stakeholders and find creative and collaborative solutions
- As you will be working in an international environment, fluency both in written and spoken English, is a must
