Backend Lead Developer

**Backend Lead Developer **@ Anywhere (or Remote)

As a Backend Lead Developer, you will be developing key features for Advertio’s app and managing the backend team, helping them in everyday tasks.

As a Backend Lead Developer, some of your responsibilities would be:

• Manage the backend team tasks,
• Develop key features of the platform,
• Interact with our technology partners (Google, Facebook, Microsoft,...) to stay on top of updates to their systems*

Here's what we're looking for:

• You have experience in team management
• You are a problem solver
• You’re capable of thinking strategically both when it comes to business as well as technology
• You have experience in working with Django* and SQL* (both mandatory)
• You are passionate about learning, doing things better and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into reality‍
